In this short video the students are doing the readout from an problem escalation workshop, showing how we approach management with a graphical display of the problem, it’s impact on the project’s constraints, plus three options of dealing with that problem, along with their impacts on contraints, plus the team’s preferred alternative.
Using scaled arrows and red for bad, green for good, it makes life a lot easier for management to provide us with the support we need to succeed with our project.
