The Managing Project Management Training session is a one-day classroom training designed to teach Managers of Project Managers and Team Members how to effectively assign their people to projects, review projects plans and status reports, remove road-blocks, impart political knowledge, and improve their people’s skill sets rather than taking over their projects when they get into trouble.
