	To expedite registration, please bring a business card and a project that you would like to work on with you to class.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.  If you have special dietary needs, please let us know in advance.  Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks are also provided.
Arrival:	Use the main building entrance and look for posted information on reader board for room directions.
Accommodations:	For accommodations, should you need overnight lodging, please call the hotel directly.  If you have any difficulties making hotel reservations, please let us know.
Transportation:	For directions, see attached map.
Attire:	Please feel free to dress comfortably. Also, it is recommended to dress in layers since meeting room temperatures often vary.
Seminar Materials:	Other than the latest version of the PMBoK, it is not necessary for you to bring any materials with you to class. At the beginning of the seminar, each participant will receive a reference manual that contains highlights of the program. This manual will serve as a valuable resource for use back at the job.
Professional Development Units:	This seminar is approved for 32 PDU credits through the Project Management Institute (PMI). These credits are required to sit for your Project Management Professionals (PMP) exam with PMI. For more information, visit the PMI website at www.pmi.org.

Cancellation Policy:	Due to the popular demand of this course, it is imperative to ensure your attendance. Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the seminar will be charged 25% of the registration fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 3 business days before the start date, the full fee is due. Substitutes are always welcome.
Substitutions:	Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time just provide us with the name change prior to the start date.
Rescheduling:	Rescheduling made less than 3 days prior will be charged the full seminar fee.
Payment:	The full registration fee of $1,900.00 per student is due in advance. Various discount plans are available when enrolling 2 or more individuals from one company. Payment must be received prior to attending class. Thank you for your prompt remittance.
